This is retrospective date arithmetic only. It does not decide how long you may stay in the future, whether you may enter, or whether a visa or residence status is valid. Check the official calculator and your border records for real decisions.

Do not enter periods spent under an EU residence permit or long-stay D visa in this short-stay count. A short-stay visa may also allow fewer than 90 days; its printed limit applies separately.

Are overlapping dates counted twice?

No. Dates in the entered stay ranges are combined, so each day counts once. Entry and exit dates are included.

Can I stay for the number shown after subtracting from 90?

No. It is only the difference in the retrospective 180-day window selected. The window moves daily, so the number does not indicate future permission.

計算方法

基準日を含む過去180日を調べ、入力した各滞在の入国日と出国日を含む固有日数を合計し、90日から差し引きます。

計算例

1月1日入国、1月10日出国は両日を含め10日です。

制限

長期ビザやEU居住許可による滞在は対象外の場合があります。
国籍別協定、ビザ記載の許可日数、加盟国の例外は判定しません。
