The Schengen 90/180 rule is not a fixed half-year; each date looks back over the previous 180 days.
Stay days are deduplicated using the EU rolling 180-day window and inclusive entry/exit-day rule.
Look back 180 days including the as-of date, count each unique day covered by the entered stays with both entry and exit dates included, then subtract the total from 90.
Entry on 1 January and exit on 10 January counts as 10 stay days because both dates count.
