📌 Korean Labor Standards Act Article 50
• Weekly working hours cannot exceed 40 hours excluding breaks
• Daily working hours cannot exceed 8 hours excluding breaks
• With mutual agreement, up to 12 hours of overtime per week is allowed (max 52 hours/week)
