💰 Payment Calculation
• Daily benefit = 60% of average wage before resignation
• Maximum: 66,000 KRW/day (2024 standard)
• Minimum: 63,104 KRW/day (80% of minimum wage)
📅 Payment Period
• Under 50 & less than 1 year: 120 days
• Under 50 & 1-3 years: 150 days
• Under 50 & 3-5 years: 180 days
• Under 50 & 5-10 years: 210 days
• Under 50 & 10+ years: 240 days
• Longer periods for age 50+ or disabled persons
