Assuming roughly 1-1.5 meters of tape to seal one box, a standard roll (about 40-50m) covers around 15 boxes, so this calculator computes Tape rolls = max(2, ceil(Total boxes ÷ 15)). Cushioning material (bubble wrap, packing paper, blankets) should be budgeted per room that holds fragile items, and this calculator suggests max(1, ceil(Rooms × Load factor × 1.5)) rolls/units as a baseline. Households with more dishware, glassware, or electronics should budget extra cushioning — treat this number as a conservative floor rather than an exact requirement.
