Arrival local time calculator

Estimate destination date and time before comparing real schedules.

Enter departure and duration

This is a simple offset calculation and does not automatically apply daylight saving or airline schedules.

GUIDE

How arrival time is calculated

01

Add duration and time-zone difference

The tool adds flight duration to departure time and then applies the destination offset relative to origin.

02

Arrival can cross a calendar date

Crossing midnight moves the destination date forward or backward along with the calculated time.

03

Enter destination minus origin offset

Use -9 when the destination is nine hours behind the origin and +1 when it is one hour ahead.

04

Compare with the ticket schedule

Seasonal DST, routing, and schedule padding can differ, so the airline itinerary remains authoritative.

05

Minutes are included

Enter both hours and minutes for a more useful short- or long-haul estimate.
